The archives

The Philosophical Archive of the University of Konstanz (PAUK) and the Archives of Scientific Philosophy (ASP) are archives specializing in the history of twentieth-century philosophy, theory of science and scientific philosophy. They hold several pre- and post-mortem bequests, as well as microfilm copies of off-site holdings for easy regional access. In particular, the PAUK holds microfilm copies of scholarly estates of Rudolf Carnap, Herbert Feigl, Bruno de Finetti, Frank P. Ramsey and Hans Reichenbach located at the ASP. 

The University of Pittsburgh Library System has digitized selected portions of the ASP holdings which are available online as digital copies.
